Summary: Seeking a Research Associate with expertise in mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques for bioassay analytical development.
Job Requirements:

BS/MS in Biological Sciences (Molecular Biology, Immunology, Virology, or related discipline)

Minimum 1 year of industry experience
-
Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays
-
Experience with gene/protein expression assays (ddPCR, qPCR, ELISA, and Flow cytometry)
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of recombinant cell line development methods and skills
-
Experience with cell differentiation, immortalization, viral infection, gene editing, gene transduction, cell selection, FACS, and cell bank generation
Job Responsibilities:
-
Collaborate with lead Scientist on cell line development, banking strategies, and analytical development work

Develop and transfer relevant cell lines for process development to analytical development and quality control

Design and execute experiments for genetic modifications and stable cell line generation

Utilize molecular biology techniques (DNA cloning, transfection, viral transduction, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing) for genetic modifications in cell lines
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
