Territory Sales Manager – Stormwater & Drainage Solutions
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote with Regional Travel)
A leading manufacturer of stormwater and drainage products is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth across the Los Angeles metro and surrounding region. This role is all about developing new opportunities with engineers, municipalities, and contractors while managing projects from concept through construction.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with civil engineers, public agencies, and contractors in the region
- Deliver presentations, design consultations, and jobsite visits to influence product selection
- Track projects through every phase, from design to installation, ensuring successful delivery
- Work closely with internal estimating and technical teams to support client needs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and achieve regional sales targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or project management
- Background in stormwater, drainage, or related construction materials preferred
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Self-motivated, field-oriented, and skilled at managing a regional territory
- Based in Los Angeles with flexibility to travel within the market
