Job Title: Front Desk Lead


We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. As a Front Desk Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, so a professional and welcoming demeanor is essential.


Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member

- Respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:


  • 2–5 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Prior team lead experience often required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) and maintain high standards of guest/customer service
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and front desk procedures
  • Assist in housekeeping duties as necessary to support team operations
