The Shelter Supervisor will oversee the operations and services of the Melrose Interim Housing Program, a 24-hour, 60-bed program serving transitional age youth (TAY) experiencing housing instability. The Shelter Supervisor will supervise a team of resident coordinators, support staff, and case managers, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents and staff. This includes ensuring staff conduct regular room checks, update program logs, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and coordinate with security as needed. The Shelter Supervisor will support case managers with triaging referrals, conducting intakes and move-ins, and connecting residents to housing and community resources. They will also provide coaching, training, and supervision to staff, review documentation, complete regular reporting, ensure compliance with program policies and contracts, and liaise with partner organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience providing direct service to at-risk populations, knowledge of trauma-informed care, and experience managing residential programs, with specific experience serving TAY experiencing homelessness preferred.

The Cultivation Irrigator is responsible for watering of the cultivation production. Ensuring plants are adequately watered and fed is the most important aspect of this role. The Irrigator must be familiar with watering processes (PRIVA and/or Dosatron), light deprivation, and greenhouse growth. The incumbent may perform all tasks in the grow process. 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to be all inclusive)

Maintenance of watering needs of all stages of the plant.

As an independent utility vegetation management consulting contractor, Atlas Field Services, LLC has supported our client's vegetation management programs since 2016. Our company consists of ISA Certified Arborists and Utility Specialists that verify and Audit tree contractor’s work for compliance with client specifications and needs.
Atlas Field Services (AFS) is currently seeking a Qualified Evaluator to join our team as a full-time employee in the California area. This role will be responsible for ensuring that compliance, skills assessments, and essential job functions are met and align with the companies’ operational standards. The role will report to an assessment yard in the Orville, CA area. 
Responsibilities:

<li>Proctor vegetation management assessments focusing on a specific area of skill/ knowledge including, but not limited to contract tree crew task(s) performed within vegetation management.</li>
<li>Follow state and federal regulations, along with client Standard Operating Procedures, Safe Work Practices, and guidance documents.</li>
<li>Administer initial and subsequent assessments, in physical or digital versions, following the clients’ program structure and parameters.</li>
<li>Use effective communication and tail boarding to ensure assessment participants understand the structure and the process of the assessments</li>
<li>Document and communicate results (pass/fail) to participants and first line supervision in a timely manner, using standardized templates, forms, and processes.</li>
