Due to our continued expansion and growth, we now have an opportunity for a full-time Project Manager at our Headquarters located in Irvine, CA.
 
Primary Function:
Responsible for managing a variety of growth projects, including new site set up and acquisition integration. Primary responsibility is to manage the planning and execution of these projects by working with a cross functional company team.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Coordinate cross functional team and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects</li>
<li>Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget</li>
<li>Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure resource availability and allocation</li>
<li>Develop a project plan to monitor and track progress</li>
<li>Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate techniques</li>
<li>Report and escalate to management as needed</li>
<li>Perform risk management to minimize potential risks</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation</li>
<li>Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques</li>
<li>Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals</li>
<li>Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis</li>
<li>Attend training as required to maintain proficiency</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant experience</li>
<li>2-5 years project management experience required</li>
<li>PMP Certification preferred but not required</li>
<li>Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred</li>
<li>Hands-on project management experience focused on operational improvements</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and tact</li>
<li>Collaborative, ability to foster trusting relationships</li>
<li>Effective communication and influencing</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills required</li>
<li>Strong time management skills, including ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks</li>
<li>Accountability for meeting deadlines and ability to maintain effectiveness under deadlines</li>
<li>Strong business acumen and analytical skills supported by proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project</li>
<li>Experience working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment</li>

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Remodel of the bathroom or kitchen according to the Scope of Work, by using trade skills such as plumbing, trim carpentry and drywall repair.</li>
<li>Adhere to all company installation standards and procedures while doing installations and providing services.</li>
<li>Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.</li>
<li>Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.</li>
<li>Always wear our uniform on the job, observing rules of good grooming and hygiene.</li>
<li>Inform customers about the functionality, care and upkeep of their new installations.</li>
<li>Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork and photos.</li>
<li>Take inventory of the installation trailer and keep it stocked with all necessary tools and job components.</li>
<li>Collect final payment from each customer and ensure the project is completed defect free.</li>
<li>Must be able to work full-time M-F and occasional Saturdays.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.</li>
