ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Prepare cost estimates for both bid-build and alternative delivery projects (CMGC, CMAR, PDB) utilizing estimating software (currently HCSS) and analyzing production rates and schedules.</li>

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
(Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities)

<li>12+ years of experience (bid-build and alternative delivery) estimating primarily water/wastewater treatment and plant scopes of work with an overall understanding of the associated processes involved in various treatment methods/systems</li>
<li>Must be proficient in estimating mechanical and structural elements for water and wastewater treatment projects. This includes advanced water treatment systems (UV, RO, MBR, etc.)</li>
<li>Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree (preferred) or alternative field exposure/experience will be considered in place of a degree</li>
<li>Knowledge of plan reading and interpretation, take-off, MS-Excel software, construction means, methods, and productions, scheduling, and common sense are a must</li>
<li>Knowledge of MS-Word, P-6 Scheduling, MS-PowerPoint, Agtek, Bluebeam, and/or HCSS software are pluses</li>
<li>Experience with field responsibilities on heavy/civil construction projects</li>
<li>Manage estimating teams including junior level estimators</li>
<li>Must be able to navigate uneven terrain for pre-bid site investigations</li>
