<li>Considers risk and warranty requirements in calculations of appropriate cost. </li>
<li>Works with Director of Construction and Client Services Manager to professionally and strategically present estimates in a format that best suits the specific sales opportunity.</li>
<li>Meets regularly with Director of Construction and Client Services Manager to provide feedback, outline and track deadlines, and request help as necessary to meet commitments.</li>
<li>Debriefs lost project opportunities to review decision drivers and constructively consider how bidding efforts could be improved on future opportunities.</li>

<li>Indoor office environment in corporate or regional office.</li>
<li>Majority of work to be accomplished in the office, primarily working on laptop computer and phone.</li>
<li>Work at fast pace with frequent, unscheduled interruptions.</li>
<li>Frequent meetings and telephone calls with staff.</li>

Position Type

<li>Full-time position, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities may require an adjusted work schedule and/or evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.</li>
