ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

<li>Delivers culturally competent best practice intervention by interviewing, assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans, evaluating services, and documenting service delivery utilizing the FCT model.</li>

4. An ability to communicate ideas clearly, listen accurately, and establish rapport with diverse populations
