2nd Shift: Monday Friday 1pm-9pm

Essential Required Job Functions and tasks:

• Be sure all safety procedures are being followed.
• Correctly assist in set up and running of machine to expedite quality and run speed.
• Assist in following all instructions on work order, i.e., print positioning, repeat, ink colors,
• quantity produced.
• Check for correct color, copy and sequence.
• Assist in roll changes on the unwind and rewind.
• Inform Press operator/ Supervisor of any issues.
• Check and record ink viscosity.
• Stage and return inks.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Empty Garbage
• Report any and all maintenance issues.
• Assist in training of new personnel.
• During change over. Assist with Sleeve and Bridge change, Cylinder and Anilox change, ink
• change, sump, pan and Doctor Head chamber cleaning.
• Assist in monitoring quality of product coming off the press.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area around the press.
• Quantity produced.

Required Qualifications and education:

• Must be bilingual, Spanish/ English
• Must be capable of seeing color.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Required Work Schedule:

• Tour shifts
• Overtime often required.
