Sr Project Manager - Multifamily
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Project Manager to oversee multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards, while effectively managing teams and resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and protocols on site.
- Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and address any issues.
- Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and communication effectively.
- Prepare and review bid proposals, ensuring all costs are accounted for and reasonable.
- Implement best practices in project management to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in multifamily construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with project management software, preferably Procore.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting for construction projects.
