Traveling Site Manager – Temp - Lead Fast-Paced QSR Projects Nationwide
Are you an experienced construction leader with a proven track record in Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR) remodels and reimages? ParkerBeth Search Partners, a leader in construction recruitment, is seeking Temporary Site Managers to oversee multiple 2–4 week QSR projects across the U.S. for a well-established remodel and rebranding contractor. Travel: 100% travel to job sites nationwide, with flights, lodging, and per diem covered per company policy
Short-Term Projects, Long-Term Impact

2–4 week project durations, often scheduled back-to-back through busy season (Oct–Dec, possibly into Jan)

Work closely with Project Managers and trade partners to deliver on schedule and on budget
Your Role as a Temporary Site Manager
As a Temporary Site Manager, you will be the on-site leader ensuring safety, schedule, and quality across fast-paced QSR remodel/reimage projects. You will coordinate multiple trades, maintain proactive communication with the Project Manager, and document daily progress via Procore.
Responsibilities include:

Managing on-site activity from mobilization to closeout

Overseeing subcontractors and site logistics to meet aggressive project timelines

Enforcing safety standards and resolving daily site challenges

Reporting on progress, managing documentation, and maintaining as-built records

Acting as the primary on-site liaison for clients, inspectors, and vendors

Ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and quality expectations

Participating in pre-project training (~2 weeks remote) on processes and Procore reporting
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills
-
5+ years of site supervision or management experience in commercial construction
-
Proven QSR experience — familiarity with remodel/reimage cycles, kitchen equipment, fryers, fire suppression, and brand compliance

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and site protocols

Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and resolve site-level issues independently

Ability to manage multiple trades in tight working conditions (typically 3–5 foremen, 15 total crew members)
Certifications & Technical Tools

OSHA 30 certification preferred

Procore experience strongly preferred (daily logs, photo uploads, issue tracking)
