We are seeking a Stockroom Clerks to join our team!

Stockroom Clerk

SUMMARY

Responsible for the receiving, storing, and pulling of raw material for stockroom, and maintaining the inventory history of materials.

• Load/unload trailer trucks using the Forklift and Pallet Jacks. 10%

• Responsible for the accuracy of deliverance by matching paperwork with material delivered. 3%

• Responsible for safety maintenance of equipment. 2%

• Use of various types of Turret Trucks / Picking equipment. 15%

• Transport material from the Stockroom area to different departments in the plant.15%

• Enter and look up purchase orders and verify that quantity of material matches. 2%

• Storage of all raw materials. 15%

• Responsible for conducting daily cycle counts. 3%

• Pick and Pull material based on requisitions. 15%

• Data entry and look up of stockroom inventory, using the Scanner 5%

• System movements and transfers. 5%

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 3%

• Daily upkeep and organization of stockroom. 2%

• Use of E-Mail. 5%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(Other duties may be assigned.)

Qualifications(Stockroom Clerk):

Maintain good attendance in accordance with company guidelines
Adhere to all Company health and safety policies and procedures
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer skills (MS Office/Outlook, Windows)
Strong attention to detail
Basic math skills
Good time management and organization skills
Order Fulfillment experience (Preferred)
AX experience (Preferred)
6 Months related experience (Preferred)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to stand up for long periods of time
Candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and the desire to exceed expectations.
