Responsibilities include:
- Administering and managing routine healthcare to students during school hours
- Performing health screenings and assessments in compliance with school policies
- Managing medication administration and maintaining accurate health records
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support student health needs
- Responding promptly to medical emergencies and providing first aid as required
- Promoting health education and wellness initiatives among students
Qualifications and experience:
- Current and valid LPN or LVN license
- Experience working within a school setting or with children preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric healthcare and common childhood illnesses
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential health information professionally
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
