Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in various settings.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.

• Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals.

• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes regularly.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

• Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.

• Maintain high visibility of work activities and results.

• Utilize data to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in speech therapy.

• Engage in community outreach to promote speech therapy services.

• Provide mentorship to junior therapists and interns.

Experience/Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Experience in developing individualized treatment plans for diverse patient populations.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Strong communication skills for patient and family education.

• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for optimal patient care.

• Ability to monitor and document progress using electronic health records.

• Proficiency in utilizing data to assess and adjust treatment strategies.

• Engagement in community outreach to promote speech therapy services.

• Mentorship experience with junior therapists or interns is a plus.
