Job Title: Director of Nursing
Location: San Diego, CA 92101
Job Type: Fulltime
Schedule: Monday–Friday, General Shift
Key Responsibilities
- Direct clinical and administrative operations, including cardiac Cath labs and recovery bays.
- Ensure compliance with AAAASF accreditation and CMS regulatory guidelines.
- Lead quality assurance (QA), quality improvement (QI), and infection control programs.
- Supervise and support staff, fostering effective workflow and patient safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to optimize procedural outcomes.
- Provide strategic oversight of financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Manage vendor contracts, supply chain operations, and inventory controls.
Qualifications
- Education: BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Licensure: Active RN license in the state of [Insert State].
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS required.
Experience:

- 3–5 years of leadership experience in an ASC setting, preferably cardiac or cath lab.
- Proven expertise in business office management and financial operations.
- Experience maintaining AAAASF accreditation and CMS compliance.
- Proficiency in QA/QI processes and infection control protocols.
