Acquisitions Specialist Opportunity

We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to learn to specialize in acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions and building a consistent, long-term business. This opportunity places you within a high-performing team where you will focus on sourcing property opportunities, preparing offers, and guiding transactions from beginning to close.
First year commission earning potential when hitting goals: $155,000+
In this position, you will work alongside experienced producers and gain hands-on exposure to proven acquisition strategies that support strong performance in any market. From initial contact through final signature, you will learn to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and build client relationships that strengthen long-term momentum.

Compensation:
$155,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications:
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
- Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
- A real estate license is required
- Sales experience
- Must live within daily driving distance of the office
