Job Details:

• 10-13 week assignment duration
\n• Report to facility at 7:00 AM on start date
\n• Patient ratio of 3:1 for step-down patients and 4:1 for telemetry patients
\n• Primary responsibility for patient care with minimal CNA support
\n• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on per shift basis
\n• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care
\n• Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care
\n• Maintain competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
\n• Work at unit level providing comprehensive nursing care
