JSG is hiring Production Assemblers - Must have soldering experience to join our growing team in Orange, CA! This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with excellent pay and potential for overtime.
Position Details:
Pay: $21 - $23/hr (DOE)
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Mon-Fri) – Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products based on detailed work instructions and blueprints
- Perform precise soldering tasks to ensure quality and functionality of products
- Wire assembling, including accurate routing and securing of wiring
- Inspect components for defects using a microscope or magnifying tools
- Follow IPC-610J standards for quality control and assembly procedures
- Test assembled products to ensure they meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in team meetings and offer input on process improvements
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times
- Assist in training new team members as needed
- Support production goals and work to meet deadlines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in IPC-610J standards for electronic assembly
- Strong experience with wire assembly and soldering
- Comfortable using microscopes and other precision tools
- Attention to detail with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Previous experience in production assembly is a plus
