Based in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you’ll step onto the shop floor ready to turn prints into precise parts. You’ll prep your CNC station, confirm tooling, and load programs so the first piece meets spec. Throughout the run, you’ll watch quality like a hawk—tweaking offsets, checking dimensions, and keeping everything on pace. When issues pop up, you’ll troubleshoot quickly and keep production flowing. At the end of the shift, you’ll leave your area clean, safe, and ready for the next build.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and run CNC equipment per specifications and production timelines.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to plan each job.
- Continuously monitor operations to uphold strict quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC machines.
- Adjust machine parameters and tooling as needed to optimize performance.
- Keep a tidy, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit daily and weekly output goals.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNC technical training or certification is a plus.
- Hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a production environment.
- Solid understanding of CNC machinery and programming fundamentals.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
- Sharp attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Resourceful problem-solver who can work independently when needed.
- Clear communicator and reliable team player.
