Salary: $175,000 - $275,000 per year

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a caseload of insurance defense cases from initial filing through resolution.
Develop and execute strategic case plans, including legal research, drafting pleadings, and trial preparation.
Address tenant-related issues and habitability disputes, providing effective legal solutions.
Offer legal expertise on construction defect cases as required.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
Collaborate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders to secure positive outcomes.
Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff.
Ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Stay informed about legal developments and trends in defense law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
5+ years of experience as a practicing defense Trial Attorney
Admitted to the California State Bar with a track record of good standing.
Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and securing favorable settlements or verdicts.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a hybrid or remote work environment.
