San Diego Immigration Law firm seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal with a minimum of bachelor’s degree, for a friendly fast-paced team environment; will train appropriate candidate, 2+ year of immigration experience preferred.
The paralegal will work with attorneys helping the dreams of foreign nationals come true!
Primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for working with attorneys in the preparation, filing, and monitoring of various immigration and nationality law matters.
- Understand the procedures and documentation required for cases to be filed successfully
- Work with clients to gather the necessary information and documentation in a timely manner
- Prepare forms according to information received from clients
- Prepare letters and other documents on behalf of the client
- Data entry into in-house database as per instructions
- Finalize documents after review by Attorney
- Demonstrate ability to manage a high caseload and work within strict timelines
- Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions
- Run reports to assist in managing one’s own caseload
- Keep abreast of current regulations and procedures relating to filing applications

Minimum 2-year commitment. Compensation commensurate with experience.
