Manager: Maintenance Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 salary + bonus + benefits. (salaried, exempt)

Your impact
Lead maintenance and reliability for our sulfuric acid and regeneration operations. You’ll align the team to Chemtrade’s Responsible Care objectives, ensuring the right work gets done at the right time—and always safely.
- Translate plant priorities into a clear daily plan; coordinate with Operations on emergent needs.
- Drive CMMS discipline: work assignment, PM completion, and data accuracy.
- Lead technical problem-solving for critical assets: pumps, motors, piping, valves, turbines, heat exchangers.
- Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance activities and capital work.
- Manage spares and consumables across mechanical, instrumentation, welding, and rotating equipment.
- Uphold safety leadership: incident response, investigations, root cause, and corrective actions.
- Develop and communicate JSAs; maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, permits, and regulations.
- Plan outages and manage budgets, schedules, KPIs, and post-event critiques.
- Mentor the team; oversee training so competencies match job demands.
What you’ve mastered
- Associate’s in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience.
- Experience in chemical, refining, power, or pulp & paper environments with core process equipment.
- 3+ years guiding hourly maintenance teams.
- Implementing and sustaining industrial safety programs.
- CMMS proficiency; MS Word and Excel; SAP familiarity (PM and purchasing) is advantageous.
