Job Summary
We are hiring a CNC Operator to set up, operate, and maintain computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, or routers) to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CAD/CAM files.

Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.

Inspect finished parts using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure quality standards.

Adjust machine settings to optimize production while maintaining accuracy.

Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow.

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in CNC operation preferred.

1-3 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools.

Familiarity with G-code programming and CAD/CAM software is a plus.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $26.00 depending on experience
