Job DescriptionOur client is a top-tier lighting manufacturer known for designing and producing premium modular downlighting systems that deliver exceptional performance, adaptability, and aesthetic appeal. Their reputation is built on a foundation of superior design, engineering innovation, and dedicated customer service. They are seeking an Oracle Fusion Functional Lead – SCM & Finance to provide hands-on functional leadership across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role serves as the primary onsite functional owner for Finance and Supply Chain modules, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to ensure Oracle Fusion effectively supports day-to-day business operations and long-term process scalability.

This position is highly collaborative and execution-focused, emphasizing requirements definition, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and production support. Configuration and development work is primarily delivered by an offshore support team, with this role ensuring alignment between business needs and system outcomes. Deep expertise is expected in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Finance modules, with working knowledge of adjacent modules sufficient to support issue intake and coordination.

This is a hybrid role, reporting to our client's headquarters in Carson, CA (greater LA area) three days per week.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary onsite functional lead for Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain modules (please see Oracle Fusion Module Coverage information below)
- Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across finance, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and order management
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications for offshore delivery teams, validating offshore configurations and enhancements against business requirements and providing support during period-end close and high-volume operational cycles
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing
- Support release planning, deployments, and post-release stabilization
- Partner closely with the Integration and Applications Technical Lead to validate data flows across systems
- Support issue resolution spanning Oracle Fusion, CPQ, WMS, and eCommerce platforms
- Ensure Finance and Supply Chain data integrity for reporting and analytics
- Act as the functional escalation point for Finance and SCM production issues, performing initial issue triage and coordinate resolution with offshore teams
- Communicate priorities, requirements, and timelines to offshore Oracle support resources
- Review functional deliverables, test results, and documentation
- Participate in regular status updates and issue review meetings

Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Exposure to manufacturing or distribution business environments is required
- Experience supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain modules is required
- Demonstrated track record of success working with offshore or third-party support teams
- Strong understanding of core Finance and Supply Chain business processes
- Ability to gather requirements and document functional specifications, comfortable supporting end users and resolving functional issues
- Strong communication skills across business and technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting Oracle CPQ, WMS, or eCommerce integrations is preferred
- Knowledge of BI or reporting tools such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric will be an advantage
- Oracle Fusion certifications, a plus

Compensation: Targeting a base salary of $130-$140k (DOE), plus performance-based bonus
