Construction Estimator for Santa Barbara General Contractor-Residential Custom Home Market-Minimum 5 Years Experience Required

• Analyze blueprints, drawings & specifications
• Schedule and attend job walk for Subcontractors
• Route plans to Subcontractors
• Route plans to material suppliers
• Do lumber and material take off
• Once estimates from subs and materials supplier are complete, prepare the proposal for the client
• Must be experienced with the Santa Barbara, California Residential Custom Home building market
• Can work remotely part of the time, however, must live locally in order to attend local job walks

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction estimating
• Familiarity with reading blueprint
• Computer efficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Valid California driver's license
