We are seeking a versatile and experienced construction professional to join our team, with a strong focus on completing home remodels and closing out punch lists. This is a "Jack of all Trades" role-perfect for someone who takes pride in finishing projects to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a wide range of finishing tasks to complete remodel projects.
• Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, installations, and adjustments as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve final jobsite issues independently.
• Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented workmanship on every project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction and home remodeling.
• Comfortable with various trades: carpentry, drywall, painting, minor plumbing/electrical, etc.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must have your own truck and tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Compensation:

• Starting at $30/hour, based on experience and versatility.
