Urgent Hire: Project Engineer Commercial Construction

Location: Homebase for this role will be out of our Stockton office location. The first project you will begin working on is located in Sacramento. You have the option to work 100% onsite in Sacramento or a few days onsite in Sacramento and a couple days in the Stockton office.

Pay: $75,000$90,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities Will Include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting project managers on active jobs
• Help with project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and cost estimates
• Draft scopes of work and track project progress
• Keep project records organized and up to date
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  

What Were Looking For:

• 3+ years in commercial construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar programs
• Familiarity with BIM, LEAN, LEED is a plus
• Timberline software knowledge is a plus
