About Us: Vaziri Law Group is a respected personal injury law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services to our clients. We are seeking a professional and proactive candidate to join our team in San Gabriel. This position offers the opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads from various platforms, conducting initial consultations to assess the potential of new cases, and securing the client’s agreement to proceed with the firm’s services.
- Update the lead’s status in the system as needed and ensure the lead source is documented if it’s not already captured.
- Ensure clients complete the required agreement, sending documents for electronic signature via email or arranging an in-person meeting for signing.
- Collect all relevant case information, open a new case in the system, and upload all pertinent documents.
- Notify the appropriate attorney with a case summary and request assignment to a case manager for further action.
Qualifications:
- Prior working experience in Personal Injury (1-3 years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speak Mandarin and Cantonese fluently since potential clients are Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and case management software (e.g., FileVine).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and empathy in client interactions.
