Our growing staffing agency is looking for an experienced Onsite Supervisor to support daily operations at one of our largest client sites — a major food distribution center in Sacramento. In this role, you’ll work closely with both the client and our associates to ensure productivity, attendance, and safety standards are consistently met.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supervising and supporting temporary associates across one or more shifts.

Monitoring attendance, performance, and work quality to ensure operational goals are met.

Serving as the daily, on-the-floor point of contact for both the client and temporary associates.

Certifying workers on electrical power equipment and ensuring safe equipment use.

Enforcing compliance with food safety standards and warehouse protocols.

Addressing employee concerns, resolving minor issues promptly, and escalating as needed.

Reporting shift updates, productivity issues, and workforce needs to the Onsite Manager.

Supporting onboarding and training of new associates to set them up for success.
Who You Are:

You bring 1+ years of experience in staffing, warehouse supervision, or light industrial environments.

You’re a natural problem-solver with a calm, professional approach to conflict and challenges.

You’re dependable, detail-oriented, and always ready to jump in where needed.

You thrive in a fast-moving, team-focused environment and take pride in your work.

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) — you’re able to communicate clearly with a diverse workforce.

Experience in food distribution or warehouse operations is a plus.
