Now Hiring: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (California )

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Modesto, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We specialize in helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence, and we’re looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT
• Accurately document patient care and follow HIPAA regulations
• Encourage and support patients through their rehabilitation journey

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive therapy environment
  

Requirements

• Current California PTA license (Required)
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• CPR/BLS certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in [outpatient/inpatient/home health] preferred but not required
