LHH is working with an amazing firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their Employment Law practice. This role involves working closely with attorneys on a variety of labor and employment matters, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, workplace investigations, and compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and file legal documents in California state and federal courts, including via eFiling platforms.

Manage case files, discovery responses, and document production throughout the litigation process.

Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate court appearances and client meetings.

Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and deposition materials.

Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to employment law issues.

Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in employment law.

Strong understanding of California court procedures and eFiling systems.

Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
