Our client, a leading full-service California law firm, is actively recruiting for a career oriented Labor & Employment attorney to join their Irvine office. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career at a firm recognized for excellence, collaboration, and work-life balance.
We are seeking attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience defending employers in PAGA, FEHA, wage and hour, and other employment related claims. Academic background will also play a factor in consideration. Core responsibilities include:
- Defend employers in single-plaintiff and class action litigation
- Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing dispositive motions
- Represent clients before administrative agencies (CCRD, DLSE, EEOC)
- Counsel employers on compliance with California and federal employment laws
- Draft employment agreements, handbooks, and policies
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex, high-stakes matters for Fortune 500 and emerging companies
