Location: Orange County, CA (various Mother’s Market locations)
Salary: $75,000 – $110,000 annually

Your Role
You’ll lead full-store operations, including team leadership, financial oversight, merchandising, and customer experience. This isn’t just management, it’s empowerment.
You Will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team recruit, train, schedule, coach, and set clear goals.
- Monitor daily sales and labor metrics; analyze P&L and implement strategies to improve profitability and control shrink.
- Execute weekly promotional campaigns and merchandising plans, ensuring displays are on-brand and shelves are well-stocked.
- Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service; quickly resolve issues and foster loyalty.
- Collaborate cross-functionally working with merchandising, HR, buyers, and executive leadership.
- Authorize expenses and communicate with corporate support teams about operations, employee needs, and vendor concerns.
- Adapt fluidly cover shifts, support departments, and uphold standards across multiple locations as needed.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years in store management in grocery or mid-to-large retail.
- Strong knowledge of retail financials margin, inventory, labor planning, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership & Abilities:
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and coach for development.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Resourceful and flexible—comfortable stepping into any role needed to support the store.
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Frequent lifting of items up to 50 lb., repeated throughout the day.
- Push/pull carts or pallet jacks, standing, walking, bending, and lifting regularly.
- Availability across various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and covering multiple locations as required.
