Title: PLC Extrusion Engineer

Position Overview
The PLC Extrusion Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing extrusion processes and systems. This role involves working with PLC programming, automation systems, and CAD software to ensure efficient and effective production processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in engineering and automation to enhance production quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize extrusion processes and equipment.
- Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs for extrusion machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions.
- Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks for designing and modeling extrusion systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of extrusion processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff related to extrusion operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in PLC programming and automation systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks for design and modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
