Compensation:
$95,500 - $195,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that attract and retain clients.
- Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transaction process.
- Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage client relationships and track progress, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to our collective success.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
