Compensation:

$95,500 - $195,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that attract and retain clients.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms and a smooth transaction process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments to provide clients with up-to-date advice and insights.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage client relationships and track progress, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and contribute to our collective success.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience.
  • Proven track record of working in a team environment, contributing to collective goals and success.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and local developments, or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage client relationships and track progress effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
