Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support contract management, order processing, and data reporting in collaboration with an external data company. This role is primarily administrative in nature, with a strong emphasis on contract execution, order coordination, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with ENS points of contact to validate and process NRC orders following new site launches
  • Collaborate with the regional ESM lead to execute new mFNA orders and manage renewals for mFNA or FNA agreements (e.g., Edgeconnex)
  • Coordinate with ENS on cage augmentation orders exceeding $20K, spanning multiple regional sites (e.g., privacy screen initiatives)
  • Work alongside the Network Site Investment Manager to support regional renewal strategies, shadow long-term planning efforts, and help drive key negotiation milestones with colocation vendors
  • Provide reporting support for Edge Capacity Management initiatives
  • Oversee power augmentation projects at existing POP locations, ensuring new MRC orders maintain coterminous terms, competitive pricing, and alignment with ENS objectives (e.g., SSD augmentations)
  • Contribute to data quality efforts in ULTRON by auditing and updating records to reflect accurate contract details

Performance Measurement Success in this role will be evaluated through direct feedback and the effectiveness of contributions to operational and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, mathematics, or data-related functions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the data center industry
  • Familiarity with telecom, content delivery, or colocation services
  • Background in finance or legal contract management
