About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager (Martech Issue Management) with 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, initiative tracking, and management of inflight projects. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, program management‑focused professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments. As part of the Biz Martech team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the data collection and personalization workstream, driving efficiency, and supporting leadership visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Workstream Leadership: Coordinate and conduct pillar stand‑ups with sub‑pillar leads to track initiatives, timelines, and dependencies. Support the Pillar Lead in preparing cross‑pillar status readouts.
- Project Plan Management: Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project plans within GSD (task tracking tool), ensuring alignment across the pillar.
- Stakeholder Communication: Partner with Pillar Leads to deliver clear updates and status reports to leadership and cross‑functional (XFN) teams.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain consistent project documentation, including RAID logs, status readouts, and initiative tracking.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify blockers, risks, and delays early, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies.
- Process Optimization: Support continuous improvement by adapting workflows, implementing process enhancements, and leveraging new tools or methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite with proficiency in spreadsheet analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
- Solid understanding of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).
- Experience operating independently as a self‑starter, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and functions, with a hands‑on approach to execution.
- Proven ability to adapt workflows and optimize processes based on new learnings.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and proactive problem‑solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with marketing automation tools and martech platforms.
- Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Background in managing and tracking multiple project plans across large, multi‑team initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Location: Remote (West Coast)
Role type: Contract 3 Month Position
Expected hours: 40 per week
