Job DescriptionBilingual Spanish Medical Scheduler – Call Center

Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay: $21/hr (Temp-to-Hire)
Salary upon hire: $43,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Start Date: October 15, 2025

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Medical Scheduler to join a busy call center environment in Santa Ana. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stability and growth for a candidate who enjoys patient interaction and healthcare coordination.

Responsibilities include:

Scheduling MRI appointments accurately and efficiently

Screening patients prior to appointments

Verifying insurance coverage, including private insurance, workers’ compensation, and personal injury liens with attorneys

Communicating clearly with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

Prior healthcare scheduling or medical office experience preferred

Call center experience is a strong plus if healthcare experience is limited

Strong phone presence, attention to detail, and ability to manage a high call volume
