Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Whittier, CA (New Graduates can also apply)

Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient | Monday to Friday | Occasional Saturdays | No on-call or nights

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing behavioral health team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role involves overseeing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents ages 2-21 in home, school, center, and community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and supervise ABA services in 1:1 and group settings

· Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans

· Supervise and train Program Supervisors and behavior technicians

· Monitor client progress and ensure accurate documentation

· Communicate outcomes with families and attend team trainings

· Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold clinical ethics

Qualifications:

· Active BCBA Certification (Required)

· New graduates are welcome

· Knowledge of ABA, data collection, and treatment documentation

· Reliable transportation (within a 25-mile radius)

· Valid CA driver's license and current insurance

· Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

· Strong communication and leadership skills
