Calone & Harrel Law Group, LLP - an established Stockton law firm searching for an experienced Paralegal in transactional matters, including business law, contracts, and estate planning. Experience in assisting or drafting contracts, leases, business organizational documents, and letters, as well as in calendaring deadlines, proofreading, and client communication is preferred.
Salary commensurate with experience, and benefits offered.
Excellent English, grammar, spelling, proofreading, calendaring and typing skills are necessary. Computer proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel. Ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadline demands, be flexible, organized, detail oriented, and resourceful. Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork skills. Sensitivity, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
