Job Details
We are seeking to hire a litigator with 1+ years of experience, ideally in employment litigation but open to other experienced attorneys who want to move into a new area of law. The job involves aggressively litigating issues related to wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and unpaid wages.
Qualifications
- Experience litigating cases from inception to trial
- Familiarity with California employment law is preferred
- Admission to practice law in California
- Desire to advocate for persecuted and disadvantaged people
- Ability to work with clients enduring stressful circumstances and recovering from trauma
- Strong writing ability
