Ability to lift up to 25LB
Using Drills and Production tools (Screw Driver, Screws) to assemble the components of the dashboard on different stations as assigned
Be able to rotate on different stations
Report to work on time as scheduled
Using of uniform given by the company, taking care of it and keeping it clean. Also using the individual safety equipment provided by the company according to the workstation
Applying the Standardized Work and respect all operating instructions at workstation; Carrying out cockpit assembly for the specific workstation(s) with the required quality and according to the production standards within cycle
Improving effectiveness by using and applying GAP Standard
Being part of the emergency team of the shift
Communication with other workers from other GAP
Attending daily TOP 5 meetings
Taking part in the improvement process
Training of new assembly workers upon request
Must at all times follow local health & safety policies
Reading actual information on the different boards
Responsible for ensuring product quality (AUTOINSPECTION)
Communication of all problems with product or at the workstation to the GAP Leader or Supervisor
Applying 5S standards, keeping the workstation clean and tidy, being responsible for the tools and instalations at the workstation
Being on disposition of the Supervisor to cover possible absences
Report all Safety Incidents and work related accidents to immediate Supervisor or Lead
Unboxing Material From the boxes and using on the production line
Connecting the Wires of E-check on the dashboard to check configuration
Assembling the left airbag and right Airbag
