Location: SF Bay Area – Peninsula
Compensation: $35–$40/hr
Employment Type: 1099 Contract (20–40 hrs/week)

We’re expanding our network and seeking an experienced, detail-oriented handyman. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, and taking pride in a job well done—this is a great fit. No chasing leads, no haggling over rates, no endless back-and-forth with clients. Just steady, well-scoped work.

What You’ll Do

You’ll handle a variety of residential projects, scheduled around your availability. We group jobs near your preferred service area and handle logistics so you can focus on delivering quality work.

Typical tasks include:

  • Preventive maintenance: Replace filters, test alarms, lubricate hinges, re-grout, seal caulk lines.

  • General repairs: Patch drywall, touch-up paint, adjust doors/cabinets, mount TVs/art, repair small fixtures.

  • Light electrical & plumbing: Install switches/outlets, replace faucets/fixtures, troubleshoot drains, swap garbage disposals.

  • Household odd jobs: Hang holiday lights, help with travel prep (mail, packages), minor outdoor tasks.

What You Bring

  • Solid hands-on experience as a handyman, facilities tech, or similar (references a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of home systems: light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finishes.

  • Pride in workmanship—your projects look clean, precise, and professional.

  • A well-maintained tool kit and reliable vehicle.

  • Clear, professional communication with homeowners and our ops team.

  • Background check, valid driver’s license, and liability insurance (we’ll help you set this up if needed).
