Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Join a dynamic per diem pharmacy team supporting multiple retail locations in the Clovis and greater Fresno area. This opportunity involves working with a well-established float team covering 11 community pharmacies, with another location set to open in 2026. As a valued pharmacist on this team, you will play a crucial role in delivering quality pharmacy services across various sites, supported by experienced pharmacy technicians and robust operational management.
Responsibilities include managing medium to high volume prescription workflow in retail settings, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing excellent customer service. Pharmacists will typically work Monday through Friday, with half-day shifts on Saturday, totaling 20+ shifts per monthnearly full-time availability is preferred.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active California pharmacy license
- Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience handling medium to high prescription volumes
- Proficiency with Rx30 pharmacy software preferred
- Ability to commute daily within a 30-40 minute radius around Fresno, including surrounding communities such as Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Selma, Kerman, Orange Cove, and Madera
- Spanish-speaking skills strongly preferred to enhance communication, though not required due to Spanish-speaking technician support
Location:
- Clovis, CA, with assignments rotating among local community pharmacies in the Fresno area
- Mileage reimbursement is offered for certain more distant sites (Huron, Earlimart, Mendota)
