Job Title: Facilities & Warehouse Coordinator

Department: Facilities

Reports to: Facilities & Warehouse Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, some flexibility required

Number of Direct Reports: 0

Salary Range: $20-22/hour

Job Classification/Status: Non-exempt

Location: On-site at SDAR Corporate Office

Type: Full-time Regular

POSITION SUMMARY

The Facilities & Warehouse Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of SDAR's facilities, warehouse, and storage locations. Working under the supervision of the Facilities & Warehouse Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with routine maintenance, managing inventory and shipments, supporting event setup, and performing facilities upkeep. The Coordinator ensures that all physical locations and storage sites are organized, stocked, and functioning effectively, while delivering timely service to SDAR departments and service centers.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

Facilities Support

  • Assist with routine maintenance of SDAR buildings and grounds
  • Support the setup and breakdown of office transitions (openings, closings, and tenant turnovers)
  • Coordinate with the Manager to help prepare rental units for occupancy
  • Perform physical tasks to restore or prepare workspaces and service centers

Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies
  • Assist in tracking usage and reorder of stock and materials
  • Organize and clean warehouse and storage areas regularly

Offsite Storage Support

  • Retrieve and return archived records and equipment as needed
  • Ensure offsite storage units are well-maintained and inventoried

Event & Training Setup

  • Set up and tear down rooms for SDAR classes, meetings, and external events
  • Support the loading and unloading of equipment for offsite events
  • Operate the company vehicle to transport materials to/from storage units and venues

Administrative & Operational Tasks

  • Assist with vendor deliveries and ensure proper routing of goods
  • Monitor and track supplies needed for daily operations
  • Follow internal procedures for recordkeeping and task documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma with at least 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of retail, warehouse and customer service experience
  • A valid California driver's license and a clean driving record are required
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and loading items
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record required
  • Must be able to travel locally between SDAR offices and storage locations as needed
