We are seeking dedicated and compassionate In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to provide supportive living services to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure the safety, comfort, and dignity of each client. Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Provide safe transfers and ambulation assistance
- Take and record vital signs as permitted by certification and care plan
- Provide medication reminders and basic health monitoring (within scope of practice)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors or family members
- Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands when required
- Follow individualized care plans and supportive living guidelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required or preferred, depending on role)
- Previous experience as an in-home caregiver, CNA, or personal care aide preferred
- Knowledge of supportive living or home care practices
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
Preferred Skills & Certifications
- CPR / First Aid certification
- DSP Training preferred
- Experience working with seniors, individuals with disabilities, or chronic conditions
- Familiarity with mobility equipment (gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs)
