Job Details
A premier plaintiff employment law firm is seeking a Supervising Attorney to lead a team, manage complex litigation, and advance the firm’s use of AI-driven legal tools.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of associates and support staff while overseeing day to day case activity
- Review and guide settlement demand letters, complaints, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions, handle selected court appearances, and attend mediations and settlement conferences
- Lead strategy on employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, class actions, and class certification work
- Support trial preparation and attend trial when needed
Qualifications:
- Prior supervising attorney experience with proven leadership and team management skills
- Background in plaintiff employment litigation with strong research, writing, and litigation skills
- Experience with wage and hour class actions and class certification motions is preferred
- Ability to operate under pressure, prioritize deadlines, and serve as a strong representative of the firm
- Interest in implementing and overseeing the firm’s AI litigation tools
