IN THE FRESNO, CA AREA!!!!!
We are seeking a licensed and experienced RCFE Administrator to lead our caring team and ensure our home operates smoothly every day.
YOUR ROLE:
- Oversee daily operations and. ensure compliance. with Title 22 regulations.
- Support, Train, and schedule caregivers.
- Conduct. facility tours for new residents and families.
- Manage resident admissions and individualized care plans.
- Keep records, forms, and licensing documents up to date.
- Serve as the emergency contact and conduct safety drills.
- Communicate with families, staff, and health professionals.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming home environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid RCFE Administrator License.
- Experience managing or working in RCFE with 6 beds.
-Strong Knowledge of Title 22 and Compliance standards.
-Established loca; connections with hospitals, placement agents, and social workers.
-Organized, dependable, and COMPASSIONATE.
-Able to. handle emergencies and be a problem-solver.
