CNC Machinist
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work with various materials while adhering to strict tolerances.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes and or mills.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong focus on lathe and mill operations.
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machinery and programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tolerances.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools and inspection methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
