Role: Litigation Associate (3+ Years)
Location: Los Angeles | San Diego | San Francisco
Newhouse Noblin is seeking a California-licensed Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice with a strong emphasis on law & motion.
This role offers a compelling mix of litigation and advisory work, with meaningful responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to work on complex employment-related matters.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys:
• Heavy research, writing, and motion practice
• Developing strategy and taking ownership of matters
• Working on sophisticated employment litigation issues
Ideal experience:
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong law & motion practice (MSJs, demurrers, discovery motions)
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and briefs
• Experience arguing motions (preferred)
• Exposure to wage & hour, PAGA, or employment-related matters (a plus)
• Depositions and administrative hearings (helpful, not required)
